Utec has secured an offshore survey and positioning contract for the Taiwan Power Company (TPC) Phase 2 wind farm project off the coast of Taiwan.
Under the geo-services scope of work, Utec will provide onshore dimensional control, bathymetric survey, positioning support during offshore pin pile installation, and as-built survey of foundation jackets. These services will be conducted aboard three offshore installation vessels and at various onshore fabrication facilities. Fieldwork is set to begin in Q2 of this year and may extend into 2025.
