ALL NRG Group acquires WTG Partners and this is acquisition number four by ALL NRG Group. WTG Partners' focus is within on- and offshore wind turbine inspections.
The inspections are typically performed as end-of-warranty inspections, in connection with trading of wind turbine projects, and as part of root cause analysis of known issues. Together with WTG Partners, four companies form the cornerstones of ALL NRG Group (VB Enterprise ,APRO and Q-STAR Energy.These companies will continue as independent companies, but with common administrative functions. Currently, the companies in thegroup have a total annual turnover of almost 700 million DKK and 800 - 1,000 employees depending on the season.
