The Front Cover

One particular area being explored in an effort to lower the levelised cost of electricity of offshore wind generation is the optimisation of the wind farm layout. It has been hypothesised through many academic research efforts that rectilinear wind farm designs may significantly reduce the energy production of a wind farm over its lifetime.
