AMG Intellifast GmbH was acquired by Aero Products Invest GmbH (Augsburg, Germany) from AMG N.V. In parallel to leaving the AMG Group the company will again operate under its original name Intellifast GmbH.
The step from a group structure to that of a private investor was a conscious decision. “This gives us the freedom to further pursue our own strategy and at the same time secures the required financially strong support to realise our goals” explain the managing directors Frank Scheuch and Marc Frahnert “
