The Wind Energy TechnoCentre board of directors has announced the appointment of André Lemieux as the organisation's general manager.
Mr. Lemieux will be taking up his duties on January 7, 2008.? André Lemieux holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Urban Studies earned at the Université du Québec à Montréal and the Institut national de la recherche scientifique. He also holds a Master's degree in Urbanism earned at the Université de Montréal, with specialisations in territory planning, and in local and regional development. André Lemieux will be taking over from Mr. Jean Desrosiers who held the position of general manager at the Wind Energy TechnoCentre from November 2003 to last September.
