V-Bar and Chinook Wind announced their agreement to merge on April 17, 2017. Today, the newly formed consulting and technical services company is rolling out its name: ArcVera Renewables, brand and website.
The merger brings together diverse technical skill sets and business acumen that enable the new company. ArcVera Renewables was formed in March 2017 through the merger of V-Bar, LLC and Chinook Wind, LLC. The company provides consulting and technical services for wind and solar energy across the project-lifecycle. Its team of atmospheric scientists, data analysts, and engineers leverage their technical expertise and decades of global experience to meet the needs of landowners, project developers and sponsors, investors, and project owners and operators.
