Deutsche WindGuard has been accredited as inspection body according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 for wind energy turbines.
Deutsche WindGuard Inspection, newly founded for this purpose and operating independently, received its accreditation certificate from the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). The latest accreditation comprises the inspection of wind turbines and their components - including, for example, commissioning inspections, recurring inspections, lifetime extension inspections, endoscopic inspections of gearboxes, bearings and generators as well as inspections of hoist platforms.
