DNV-Global Energy Concepts (DNV-GEC) has been named by Second Wind as a Certified Triton Partner. The companies will work together to deliver Certified Triton installation, commissioning and relocation as well as planning, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and consulting services.

Over the past year, GEC-DNV analysed data from Triton in a variety of applications including wind resource assessment programs, micrositing, energy projections, and wind resource monitoring on operating wind farms.
- DNV-GEC will offers Triton sodar technology for sale to its customers, along with meteorological towers and other data collection systems, to perform turnkey wind assessment and site selection services.
- For developers or operators who already own a Triton profiler, DNV-GEC will provide planning and siting assistance and analyze the data and incorporate it into its reports and consulting recommendations.
- Both companies will continue to collaborate developing tools and techniques for maximizing the value of Triton measurements.
