Elos Fixturlaser, subsidiary of Elos AB, has been acquired by the French company ACOEM.
The acquisition strengthens Acoem’s position in its strategy in the field of predictive maintenance. Complementing the French company’s Oneprod condition monitoring solutions, Fixturlaser’s laser based shaft alignment tools will strengthen Acoem’s position in the field of smart industrial maintenance. Acoem which is headquartered in Lyon, France, develops and markets products services comprising smart monitoring, diagnosis and solutions.
