Gamesa and Bergé Infraestructuras y Servicios Logísticos SL (BISL) have agreed to bolster the corporate structure of Compass Transworld Logistics (CTL), a company jointly owned by Gamesa (51%) and Bergé (49%).

To this end, CTL's board of directors has expanded to six executives, after two new board members joined - one from each owner -, while the chairman and chief executive continue to represent Gamesa and Bergé, respectively. Further changes to the company’s articles of association include the designation of Bergé as one of the main suppliers to CTL and Made (a Gamesa subsidiary) for the provision of core services such as port operations, special transport, vessel chartering, etc.
