Marex Risk and Marine Consultancy (Marex) is expanding its operations with the opening of a new office at the ‘hub for clean energy’ OrbisEnergy in Lowestoft.As well as supporting oil and gas clients, its diversification is attracting clients in the wider energy sector, particularly those operating in the renewables sector. Having recently won an offshore wind-related contract with developers within East Anglia, Marex is expanding its reach internationally, with more than 20 consultants now in place. OrbisEnergy offers a full range of tenancy options for businesses – from virtual tenancies to offices of up to 100sqm. OrbisEnergy is owned by Suffolk County Council and managed by Vertas Group Limited.
