Royal HaskoningDHV and ECN have formally kicked off a collaboration for the joint development and construction support services of wind farms.
The team has set out initially to focus on designing the most efficient and cost effective offshore wind farms in the world. The partnership brings together a combination of project management, consultancy and engineering, along with methods and technology for the optimal design of wind farms. Together they can offer a full package of environmental, engineering and consultancy services supporting offshore wind developments.
