Scanel International, an engineering firm serving the marine and industrial sectors, has introduced its electrical engineering division, Scanel Green Energy, to bolster support for renewable energy projects. Scanel Green Energy aims to enhance renewable energy performance through electrical engineering services, maintaining a focus on projects in wind, solar, power-to-x, EV charging stations, biomass, and storage.Torben Hvid Larsen, formerly working at Vestas Wind Systems, MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, and Corio Generation, leads the newly established entity. Based in Aalborg, Denmark, Scanel Green Energy is actively involved in projects in Denmark, gearing up for forthcoming projects across the UK and Europe, and considering further global expansion.
