SeaTwirl's Board of Directors has appointed Peter Laurits, Vice Chairman of the Board, as its new CEO, leaving his post and his role as Vice Chairman. Peter has worked for more than two years on SeaTwirl’s Board of Directors.Peter has been working within various commercial roles and as a CEO of several high-tech companies. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from Chalmers, supplemented with management and economics studies from the Stockholm Business School of Economics and American education institutions. Peter Laurits will immediately take over as CEO and will work in parallel with outgoing interim CEO Peter Schou during a transition period.
