REpower USA Corp., the wholly-owned subsidiary of German wind energy turbine manufacturer REpower Systems AG, has appointed as General Counsel, Mr. Anthony E. Orr, Esq., effective 3 August.

Mr. Orr is an honors graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and received training in European Union and German law at Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich, Germany.? Prior to joining REpower USA Corp., he served as Senior Counsel for wind turbine manufacturing, sales, construction and services at wind turbine manufacturer Gamesa Technology Corp. of Philadelphia, PA, USA.
