United Wind, a provider of distributed wind energy solutions, has hired Joseph Yurcisin as its Vice President, Business Development. Yurcisin will lead all sales and marketing efforts for the wind developer that offers a lease program for end users to generate on-site power from distributed-scale "behind-the-meter" wind turbines.
In addition, the company has announced the hire of Philip Futernik as Chief Technology Officer. Philip, who has an array of experience developing software in both the commercial and defense industries, most recently held the role of Senior Software Engineer with Harris Corporation. He will be focused on streamlining internal processes and improving external customer experiences for the company.
