Windea Offshore (Hamburg, Germany) has become a minority shareholder in Heinemann Projektberatung (Wilhelmshaven and Elsfleth, Germany). The founder and CEO of Heinemann Projektberatung, Holger Heinemann, remains the majority shareholder and will continue to manage the operational business of the company.Windea Offshore has been offering a wide range of services and logistics solutions for the offshore wind industry since 2011. Heinemann Projektberatung was founded in Wilhelmshaven in 2011 and has since then been managed by Holger Heinemann as owner and managing director. The main training center is located in Elsfleth, near Bremen. Under the brand "windskills", the range of services focus on industrial training for the onshore and offshore wind industry, in particular safety training in accordance with GWO standards, corresponding training in accordance with national requirements (BG/DGUV), and technical training for the entire system cycle. In autumn 2017, Heinemann Projektberatung expanded its portfolio to include the software-based real-time materials management, offering storage, inspection, maintenance, commissioning, and tracking of equipment.
