The French government has chosen 13 companies and consortia to move on to the second phase of the tendering procedure, the competitive dialogue phase, to build two 250 MW floating offshore wind farms in the Mediterranean Sea's Golfe du Lion.
The 13 selected participants are:

6. The Océole partnership headed by Equinor
7. A consortium of BlueFloat Energy, Sumitomo Corporation, and Akuo Energy
8. EDF Renewables together with Maple Power
9. BayWa re together with Elicio
10. RWE together with Bourbon
11. the Les Moulins du leonis consortium consisting of Shell and EnBW
12. The Marine Energy Archipelago consortium consisting of Qair, TotalEnergies, and Corio Generation
13. A consortium headed by wpd
