CTE calculated the foundations of the two wind turbines in France at the site of “Saint-Martin des Bésaces” (France).
These 80 m high wind-turbines will be able to produce 3MW each. Given the solidity required, CTE calculated especially adapted foundations with a formwork system for the soil, which enables the concrete work to be executed in one single time. This time-sparing technique was designed by Fondasolutions. The concrete volume used for one foundation is 310 m3 for an octogone with a diameter of 14,70 meter.
