Ingeteam has launched its new-generation wind power converters developed for high power DFIG application. The wind converters are grid-friendly, and include FRT, SCR and SSR features, enabling them to be deployed anywhere in the world.The new DFIG converters can be modulated to bring customized solutions. They are versatile in order to interact with a wide range of grid connection situations, regardless of the particular local grid codes and conditions. The DFIG Power Converters are developed for high power applications in the range of 6 to 8MW.
