3 years warranty and support, 3 year service interval and courtesy lidar cover is now the standard support package offered on all new ZephIR 300 wind lidars, ZephIR announced.
ZephIR Care is launched in response to the need for truly autonomous provision of wind data and allows users to operate ZephIR 300 in the field for unbroken measurement campaigns of 3 years. This is particularly important in applications where the sensor must remain in place for long-term campaigns. As standard, ZephIR Care offers users:
- 3 years warranty
- 3 years dedicated technical support engineer via telephone and to perform remote diagnostics
- An IEC compliant met mast validation
- Optional daily monitoring
- Choice of data delivery (email, FTP, web interface, real-time)
- A replacement ‘courtesy’ ZephIR 300 in any event where an infield issue cannot be quickly resolved remotely
