Motor Oil Hellas has announced that it has reached a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of a portfolio of twelve wind farms. The portfolio consists of 12 wind farms, of which 11 with a combined capacity of 220 MW are already in operation and another one of 20 MW is under construction.
The wind farms are currently owned by six companies and are located in Central and Northern continental Greece. The value of the transaction is estimated at € 123.5 million. The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval by the Hellenic Competition Commission.
