Romax Technology and CQWJ start work on 1.5MW gearbox

Romax Technology started work with CQWJ, a China based large industrial manufacturing group for heavy engineering.

The companies will be collaborating on the design of a 1.5MW wind turbine gearbox as well as developing further technology with the manufacturer. Initial training of CQWJ Engineers has already taken place in China and a more in-depth training programme is to be held over several months in the UK in the near future.
