SeaRoc has secured a new contract for its SeaPlanner division to provide its suite of Offshore Wind Farm Management web applications for the 367.2MW - DONG Energy and Scottish and Southern Energy owned, Walney Offshore Windfarm project.
The applications will be used during the construction phase to provide
an oversight of marine operations. The SeaPlanner web applications will
allow the project team to access GIS data integrated with real time
information on their UK wind farms. Use of secure web technologies will
allow disparate users, such as DONG Energy central management, in
multiple locations, to see progress on site.
