Siemens has received a turnkey order for the supply of 13 of the new SWT-2.3-101 wind turbines from EnerjiSA Power Generating Company.
The machines will be installed in the Çanakkale-Mahmudiye wind farm in
the North Western part of Turkey. The contract covers the delivery,
installation, commissioning of the turbines and part of the civil
works. Furthermore, a 12 year service and maintenance contract has been
signed. The installation of the wind turbines is scheduled to be
finalised in 2010.
