In late February, UPC Vermont Wind presented its petition for a Certificate of Public Good to the Public Service Board.
The nearly 1,000-page application includes dozens of maps, studies, simulations, expert testimony and other supporting data associated with the 52MW project proposed for low-lying ridgelines in the towns of Sheffield and Sutton, Vermont, USA. The complete application will be available through the UPC website at www.sheffieldwind.com. The review process is expected to take about 12–18 months.
