Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised enercity Erneuerbare (enercity) on a cooperation agreement with local company Forst Rohne to build a wind farm in the Görlitz area of Germany’s Saxony region.
The project will be realised in two construction phases. In the first, four turbines with a total capacity of 24 MW will be built. The second phase will see the installation of a further 29 turbines with a total capacity of 174 MW. When fully operational, the project will generate 540m kWh of green energy annually.
