ABS Consulting has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate with a consortium of research, testing and certification bodies in Taiwan.This collaboration will promote the exchange of technical information in the areas of offshore wind inspection and verification, safety and risk management and certification, as well as technology innovation. The MOU was signed by a third party certification team organized by Taiwan's Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, which includes CR Classification Society, Ship and Ocean Industries R&D Center, Metal Industries R&D Center in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Electronics Testing Center, Taiwan, Taiwan Electric Research and Testing Center, and Taiwan Institute of Economic Research.
