Avanti Wind Systems opens office in Australia

Avanti Wind Systems, is opening a sales office and centres for installation, service, maintenance and training in Brisbane on the east coast of Australia.

John Chinn, 43, has been hired as general manager of Avanti Australia. He has been involved in the wind energy industry since the first turbines were installed in South Australia in 2002. As national marketing manager at Bailey Ladders and Alquip Scaffolding, John Chinn imported Avanti ladders for the towers.
