Bachmann electronic has announced the appointment of Beat Rünzler as Chief Administration Officer, starting in February 2024. Rünzler will oversee the disciplinary and operational aspects of the Business Administration department, managing key areas like finance & controlling, information systems, human resources, and facility management.He will actively contribute to organisational development across all global locations. Rünzler was previously a member of Bachmann's management team from 2006 to 2011, where he handled administrative responsibilities and helped in establishing the HR department. In the years following, from 2011 to the present, the 58-year-old has worked as a self-employed business psychologist and interim manager, with involvement in teaching at various academic institutions. Since 2021, Rünzler has returned to Bachmann, holding the part-time position of organizational psychology.
