BaxEnergy and ROMO Wind are now offering their combined services to operators who use BaxEnergy’s data processing solution Energy Studio Pro (ESP). The bundled services allow ESP customers to benefit from the exact wind data delivered by ROMO Wind’s measurement technology iSpin, which measures the wind in front of the rotor.
The ESP-iSpin package gives wind farm operators access to a variety of new ESP functions, such as tracking power curve changes, monitoring yaw misalignment as well as improved performance monitoring and analytics possibilities. These features are enabled by ROMO Wind’s iSpin system, which uses proven ultrasonic technology to measure the wind where it first hits the turbine – directly at the spinner.
