ALL NRG, A-LEAF, Comtech, HYTOR, ProCon and Site Solution establish a cluster to support the growing offshore wind market in Taiwan.The companies have established this offshore wind cluster with the purpose of transferring their collective experience to the Taiwanese market as well as keeping the start-up costs down. Each company still operates as an individual company with its own agreements and contracts. As such, to begin with, they are six individual companies which share an office and e.g. local resources.
