Deutsche WindGuard Wind Tunnel Services increases service scope

Deutsche WindGuard has extended the DAkkS-accredited measurement range. Accredited anemometer calibrations can now be conducted with flow speeds from 0.5 m/s up to 38 m/s.

 

In the same course, the overall measurement uncertainty was reduced to 0.25 % (however not less than 0.025 m/s). The fourth calibration wind tunnel with a test section area of 1.2 square metre has now received MEASNET approval.
