Deutsche Windtechnik opens a new training centreDeutsche Windtechnik is expanding its training capacity with a new location in Bissendorf near Osnabrück, Germany. The training courses in Bissendorf will focus on technical training and further education for the company's own service technicians, with an emphasis on maintenance for Senvion and Nordex turbines.

The new training centre is housed in an 800 m² warehouse with two authentic, fully functional Senvion MM 82 and Nordex N90 turbines. Service technicians will be able to practise the basics of technical operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on both turbines under almost real conditions. The turbines can do everything except generate electricity. The training centre in Bissendorf complements the two existing locations in Viöl (focus on turbine technologies from Vestas, Siemens, Enercon, and Senvion) and in Bremen (focus on safety training).
