Nordex has announced that Patxi Landa, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of Nordex SE, will transition to a new role as Head of Nordex Capital. In this position, Landa will focus on supporting select customers in project development across Nordex’s key markets, aiming to create additional turbine sales opportunities.
As a result, he has stepped down from his role as CSO, with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) José Luis Blanco assuming the CSO responsibilities on the management board. Patxi Landa joined Nordex through the merger with Acciona Windpower in 2016 and has been responsible for sales since 1 April 2016. Moving forward, the management board of Nordex SE will consist of two members: José Luis Blanco as CEO and Dr Ilya Hartmann as Chief Financial Officer, both overseeing the overall management of the Nordex Group.
This change reflects Nordex’s commitment to strengthening customer relationships while supporting revenue growth within its core business.
