Dulas has announced the launch of its Irish headquarters in Dublin. The Republic of Ireland’s renewable energy industry has shown significant growth in the past few years, reflected in its pledge to generate 40 per cent of electricity consumption and 16 per cent of final energy consumption from renewables by 2020.
In 2015 just over 23 per cent of the country’s electricity was supplied by wind energy, whilst its hydro and solar markets are also expanding to meet further demand. Dulas’s new office in Dublin will not only provide the business with a base to provide its technical consultancy, but will also assist its UK clients in moving into the Irish market.
