TPI Composites (TPI) has announced the nomination of Edward “Ned” Hall to join its board of directors, pending election at the conclusion of TPI’s annual meeting of stockholders on May 29, 2024.
Additionally, Philip Deutch and Linda Hudson are retiring from the board, having served since 2007 and 2020, respectively.
Hall brings over 35 years of experience in the electricity industry. He currently serves as an independent director for several companies, including Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc, Cypress Creek Renewables (Chairman), Japan Wind Development Company (Vice Chairman), and Wellesley Municipal Light Plant. Previously, Hall held various senior management roles at AES Corporation, including Chief Operating Officer of global generation from September 2011 to February 2013. He has also served on the boards of General Cable, Globeleq, TerraForm Power, and Green Conversion Systems.
