Mike Farrell joins Exus as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 15 years of finance and development experience in renewable energy. Farrell's previous roles in the renewables industry involved leading project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and development.
Edith Webster-Freed assumes the role of Senior Vice President and General Counsel for North America. With over two decades of experience in private practice law, Webster-Freed brings expertise in the development, structuring, and financing of infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
David Berthelsen takes on the position of Head of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, leveraging his experience in project management and business development. Previous teams led by Berthelsen have constructed over 5.7 gigawatts of renewable energy.
