Fugro has signed an agreement to acquire a minority stake in Dtact, a Netherlands-based software company specialising in data fusion and intelligence solutions. Dtact’s Fusion platform enables organisations to collect, combine and analyse data from multiple sources within a single platform.
The software can be deployed across a range of secure information technology environments, including cloud-based systems and disconnected networks. The investment builds on the partnership announced by the two companies in 2025 to develop an integrated data fusion and intelligence platform combining geospatial data, satellite intelligence and other information sources.
The transaction is expected to be completed before mid-October, subject to customary closing conditions. Dtact will continue to operate independently, with Fugro appointing one member to its advisory board.
