Gamesa has reinforced its US organizational structure, having hired David Flitterman to preside its North American business.
This executive will spearhead the consolidation of Gamesa’s business activities in the various US states, which range from turbine manufacture and supply to O&M services and the development and sale of wind farms, and the company’s growth within this market’s sphere of influence, by supplying turbines to other North and Central American countries.David Flitterman, a graduate with a BA and MBA in Engineering and Economics from Oxford University (UK), has built his career in finance and investment banking, having held senior management positions at several firms including Bankers Trust Company (Managing Director), part of the Deutsche Bank Group, in Spain, the UK, Brazil and the US.
