Gamesa sells Grupo CIMD

Gamesa has closed the sale of its activity of representation of wind facilities in the Spanish electrical market, that carried out through its Company Wind to Market, to the "Grupo Corretaje e Información Monetaria y de Divisas S.A." (CIMD), proprietor of Intermoney Energía. The sale is made to a fixed price of € 961,000, equivalent to its share capital, and an additional variable price, to yield during the three next exercises, of up to € 2 million.
