Global Energy Services (GES), a provider of engineering, construction, and asset management services for renewable energy projects, has created a new Services Division. This division integrates the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and Wind Assembly business units.
Roberto López Casasola, previously head of the O&M business unit, has been appointed Director of the Services Division. The team has also been strengthened with Jorge Sánchez taking on the role of head of Wind Installation and Pedro Gil joining as head of Wind Operation and Maintenance.
In 2024, the O&M business unit recorded a 35% increase compared to 2023, generating revenues of €15.4 million. GES secured contracts to manage the operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities with a total capacity of more than 4,650 MW in wind farms and 1,120 MW in photovoltaic plants.
The Wind Turbine Assembly business unit installed over 110 turbines with a total capacity of more than 350 MW in 2024, completing projects in Spain, Italy, Egypt, Mexico, Germany, and France.

This includes approximately €16 million from O&M contracts and €17 million from wind and photovoltaic installation projects. The division operates internationally, with key markets in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Chile, and Mexico.
