Interocean Marine Services (Interocean) has announced the opening of multiple offices in Norway. Located in Stavanger, Oslo, and Kristiansand, these new offices are part of Interocean’s ongoing global expansion plan, which has already seen the UK-headquartered company open new premises in Glasgow and Aberdeen this year.
The Norwegian offices will enable the company to increase its headcount by 10% over the next two years, bringing the total to 60 employees. Formed in partnership with Southern Marine, a Seafront Group company, Interocean’s new Norwegian locations will be headed by Seafront Group AS Board Member, Thomas Granfeldt Jr., alongside Intermediate General Manager, Kjetil Hansen. Founded in 2007, Interocean works with several wind farm operators, Tier 1 renewable firms, oil companies, and drilling contractors, and has offices in the UK, Canada, and the Middle East.
