IWS Services has completed a strategic all-share merger between ProCon and Hyndla, forming an integrated supplier within the offshore wind supply chain.
ProCon, a subsidiary of IWS Services, provides electrical solutions for Transition Pieces and Offshore Substations in offshore wind projects. Hyndla specialises in electrical engineering and cable management design. The merger brings together low voltage electrical engineering, high voltage cable management, project management and installation services within a single organisation.
The parent company will continue to operate under the ProCon name. Following completion of the transaction, IWS Services holds 52.5% of the combined entity and all voting rights.
