Hanif Mashal will take over from Olivier Fontan as the CEO of LM Wind Power. Prior to this, Hanif served as VP Engineering & Technology for the past six years.
During this time, Hanif helped the company deliver a first 100+ meter fully certified offshore blade for serial production and led the technology launch and industrialisation of carbon pultrusion and epoxy resin. Under his leadership, LM Wind Power, as part of an industrial consortium, delivered two 100% recyclable blades, fully tested to perform for the design life. Olivier Fontan will assume enhanced responsibility within GE Vernova as Wind Manufacturing Leader.
