LM Wind Power, a GE Renewables company, plans to close the pilot and mold facilities in Lunderskov Denmark by the end of May affecting 200 people.
The company will move resources to plants where prototyping and then serial production takes place to speed up the way they introduce new technologies to market. This proactive step is intended to position the company for commercial success in the longer term as market conditions evolve. Office locations and R&D lab facilities in the Lunderskov area are not unaffected by this decision.
