At the last meeting of the shareholders of ROMO Wind Holding AG, Massimo Derchi was elected as new member of the board. Massimo Derchi is currently strategic advisor of renewable energy and infrastructure companies.
Prior to this position he was in charge of the renewable energy business of ERG Renew from 2011 to 2016. The Board of Directors of ROMO Wind consists of Christian Reitberger (Chairman), Massimo Derchi, Gaia Arnaboldi, Ivo Verdunkschot, Berry Polmann, Claus Madsen, Jan Nikolaisen and Søren Moritsen.
