Modus Asset Management, a fund management company investing in renewable energy infrastructure projects across the Baltic States and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), has rebranded and will now operate under the name Envolve Capital.
The company currently manages four investment funds, with a total committed capital exceeding EUR 170 million. To date, the funds managed by Envolve Capital have invested in 370 MW of solar and wind power projects across Lithuania, Poland, and Latvia. Some of these projects are already operational and generating green energy, while others are still under construction and will gradually come online in the coming quarters.
Envolve Capital is part of the Modus Group, an international network of companies that also operates in renewable energy development (through Green Genius), mobility services (including CityBee, MyBee, and Mobility Fleet Solutions), and automotive (Modus Automotive).
