Power Factors has announced a new minority investment from Mubadala Investment Company, an Abu Dhabi-based global investor. Mubadala will join existing investor Vista Equity Partners.
The investment will support the further development of Power Factors’ Unity Renewable Energy Management Suite, including the expansion of Unity REMI: Renewable Energy Management Intelligence across the company’s product portfolio. The partnership will also support the global expansion of Power Factors’ monitoring and control business, driven by growth in utility-scale energy storage and hybrid energy systems.
