Next Geosolutions Europe (NextGeo), a global company specialising in marine geosciences and offshore construction support services for renewable energies, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Subonica.
Subonica offers underwater surveying and inspection services using Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs). The company operates primarily in offshore energies, both renewable and traditional, as well as submarine power cables, scientific research, environmental studies and monitoring, and underwater archaeology.
